Delivery price: 3 EUR
Delivery time: 2-3 days.
Additional information: the goods will be delivered to the post office specified by you or to the nearest post office to the address specified by you. When the shipment is in the post office, the parcel terminal system will inform you via SMS.

3. Venipak courier

Delivery price: 6 EUR
Delivery time: 2-3 days.
Additional information: At the time of delivery, you must check the condition of the shipment. If you notice a violation of the shipment, do not accept the shipment and mark this on the consignment note. If you accept the goods and sign the consignment note without comments, the shipment will be considered to have been delivered in order.

4. Sending abroad (We send goods to the countries of the European Union by registered mail via Lithuanian post office)

Delivery price: 15 EUR
Delivery time: 5-7 days.
Additional information: At the time of delivery, you must check the condition of the shipment. 5. Other countries

Delivery price: 20 EUR
Delivery time: 5-30 days.
Additional information: The buyer is responsible for paying all import, customs, VAT and other local taxes applicable in his country.

Rules for Delivery of Goods

  1. The buyer must provide the correct delivery details: name/surname, address and telephone number.
  2. The goods are delivered to the person specified in the order form. In case the specified person cannot accept the goods and the goods have been delivered to the address specified by the buyer and based on other data provided by the buyer, the buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding delivery of goods to the wrong entity or other delivery discrepancies.
  3. In the order form, the buyer may indicate that the goods will be delivered to another Recipient. In this case, the buyer must indicate the recipient’s name, surname, contact telephone number and e-mail address.
  4. In cases when the seller does not have the required goods, a pre-order is made (at the time of purchase in the e-shop, the order quantity is indicated as a pre-order) and the production of which takes the above-mentioned term. The buyer is informed about the delivery terms of the goods ordered by him.
  5. In the event that the buyer or his authorized person cannot personally accept the goods and the goods have been delivered to the address specified by the buyer and based on other data provided by the buyer, the buyer has no right to make claims to the seller. The buyer or the recipient who has not accepted the goods for which the prepayment has been paid, will be subject to an additional charge for the shipment repeated delivery arrangements.
  6. During the delivery of the goods by courier, the buyer must check the condition of the shipment. When the buyer signs the delivery of the consignment – in the document marking the acceptance, the consignment is considered to have been delivered in a proper condition. Noticing that the packaging of the delivered consignment is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the buyer must mark the delivery of the consignment in a document marking the acceptance and notify the seller immediately of the violations by e-mail if possible, together with photographs of the breach. If the buyer fails to notify about the violations in accordance with the above procedure and signs the delivery documents, the seller is released from liability to the buyer for violations of the goods, if such violations were caused by packaging violations or occurred at the time of their occurrence.
  7. If the buyer has received the shipment in an damaged package of Omniva post office or otherwise damaged, he must contact and send photos of the damaged shipment by e-mail info@banguota.lt within 2 days at the latest.
